State of Hawaii Says Obama “Birth Certificate” Not Valid

Factcheck.org, the “unbiased” truth seeker that has published Obama’s Certification of Live Birth that they say proves Obama was born in America, in “truth” is operated by the totally biased Annenberg Foundation that gave Obama and Bill Ayres $110 million to spend on improving education. But Obama and Ayres actually spent the $110 million teaching Chicago kids to vote for his sponsor Mayor Daley. The Annenberg Foundation did a follow up study that proved Obama and Ayres did not improve educational test scores by any amount.

Want proof of Annenberg’s bias and dishonesty?  Annenberg’s factcheck.org says that Ayres and Obama did not do know each other then!! Even though the Annenberg Foundation knows that Bill Ayres founded the Chicago Annenberg Challenge (or “CAC”) and hired Obama to be its President for five years, all documented by the Corporate Minutes of the CAC that U. of Illinios Prof. William Ayres  donated to the archives section of the University of Illinois Library at its Chicago campus.   Ie., this is not web chatter, it is documented in the University of Illinois Library Archives!!  Commenters are calling me a liar. Go to Chicago and read it yourself!  Annenberg certainly knows the name of the President of a group to which it gave $110 million, and that name is Barack Obama! So Annenberg has proved, with its own contradictory published statements, that Annenberg and its website factcheck.org tell lies to benefit Obama, and that its own website factcheck.org publishes lies.

Back to the Obama/Factcheck.org “Certificate of Live Birth.”

Hawaii’s official birth certificate is the “Certificate of Live Birth” which is different from the “Certification of Live Birth”. Changing the “e” to “ion” is all the difference in the world. Obama and factcheck.org only publish the “ion” version, which is merely a computer printout, and not a birth certificate. How else are they different? Read and weep.

Annenberg’s factcheck.org continues to publish, even today,  Obama “Certification of Live Birth,” and Annenberg claims falsely that this proves Obama was born in the USA.

Annenberg’s corrupt factcheck,org published thousands of words about this but never once says that their document id the “ion” version, not the genuine “e” version. The most tragically comic statements on the corrupt factcheck.org is they quote people who “have seen” the “e” version.

Golly, Molly, if people “have seen” it,  why won’t Obama produce it?

Only one answer: it doesn’t exist. You would think by now, after he has been President so long, the FBI could have cooked up a good forgery for him? Don’t worry, eventually some liberal progressive totalitarian creep will forge one, but the fact that they went so long without producing it proves that no valid birth certificatE ever existed or they would have produced it.

Here is what the State of Hawaii’s official government websites publish about the matter:

QUOTE: “The Certification of Live Birth is a legal document, but it is TOTALLY INADEQUATE when it comes to proving an individual was born in Hawaii.

     The State of Hawaii DOES NOT EVEN ACCEPT the Certification of Live Birth as valid proof that an individual was born in Hawaii.

     The Hawaii Department of Homelands, which administers programs to encourage property ownership for native Hawaiians states the following on its website.

“In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found ONLY on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth(a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.“ [Emphasis Mine].

     The bottom line is that the Certification of Live Birth can be erroneous. It has been reported that it was not uncommon for foreigners residing in Hawaii to bring their infant children to the Clerk of the Court, swear they were born in Hawaii and have actual Certificates of Live Birth issued to their children.

    It has even been reported that foreigners residing in Hawaii, in some cases, produced birth certificates from foreign countries and the State of Hawaii still issued Hawaiian Certificates of Live Birth to the infants in question.

“Obama the Toothless” Warns Our Enemies

Obama now warns Iran of “strong consequences” if they develop a nuclear bomb.

Obama warns North Korea of “strong consequences” if they fire their long range missile, with Iranian scientists participating inside the North Korean control center.

What “strong consequences” is Obama threatening? My previous post pointed out that Obama wants to destroy all our nuclear weapons and make cutting the military budget his first priority.

 Obama’s “strong consequences” may consist of putting them on a list of locations where he will not conduct a “Town Hall Meeting?”

That is a short list. Previously the only other place where Obama would not conduct a Town Hall Meeting was anyplace where John McCain wanted Obama to debate.

So “Obama the Toothless and Weaponless”  is threatening to put Iran and North Korea on the same list with John McCain if they threaten the existence of America?

Ooohh! Maybe if he gets really angry he will put them on the same list as Sarah Palin? Then MSNBC and CNN will run attack pieces every night?

That will scare those dictators!

Why Won’t Obama Let Me Get Interest On My Savings?

Barack Obama is giving the entire world away to mortgage deadbeats and will raise my taxes to give to his leeches, but the interest rates on my savings are nothing!

Obama says he wants low interest rates so people can afford mortgages.

Baloney! Under Obama you don’t have to pay your mortgage, and what fool would buy a house when house prices are falling?

If Obama wants to fix America and the economy, he has to raise the interest rates that true middle class working people can earn on their Money Market and CD accounts!

With interest rates this low he is just stealing our savings.

Obama is destroying the working, saving middle class.

The only rational explanation for all his contradictory, harmful policies is that he truly is the Muslim traitor put in place to destroy America from within.

Obama Budget Knocks Stocks

Barack Obama’s mind shattering budget  shattered the stock market this morning.

The .spx standard and poor’s 500 index is now below the previous low set in Nov. 2008. When the market tests its previous low and drops below it, the interpretation is the market is continuuing on a long term downtrend.

Stocks are predictors.

Obama promised $50 billion for the foreclosure problem yesterday, then $75 B this morning, then $275 B, but finally said the government would also buy mortgages from Fannie and Freddie, so actually it will be trillions of taxpayer dollars for toxic mortgages, without limit.

But wait, buying new mortgages from Fannie and Freddie has nothing to do with foreclosures. This is for his newly announced goal.

Barry want to increase home prices.

But our problem is that home prices are still too high and must come down further.

Our problem is too much debt but Brainless Barry wants the government to buy new mortgages from Fannie and Freddie without limit.

Hey! The government has never been authorized to buy new mortgages.

That means our taxes are now being used to replace banks and have Washington issue mortgages with no limit!!!

HHEEELLPPP!!!!!

Brainless Barry Obama Struggles to Learn the Constitution

The destruction of America begins with Obama’s first steps to destroy the Constitution and institute dictatorship. I cannot believe that the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal are not all over this.

This would be hilarious if it were not tragic. Our new President proudly boasted that he taught Constitutional Law at one of our best schools, the University of Chicago. His poor, unfortunate students!

First, he did not know the short, one sentence Oath required by the Constitution, and treated the entire world to the affirmative action version of Abbott and Costello’s “Who’s On First” classic comedy routine at his inauguration. The Supreme Court even required him to re-do his Constitutional duty the next day so we could be sure he is President.

But his ignorance of the Constitution does not stop there.

This flub is really big. It is not a flub. It is the first step at installing absolute dictatorship and destroying the Constitution.

Brainless Barry actually ordered a  halt to the trials of Guantanamo terrorists. Obama thinks the judicial branch works for him.

Even better, as Harvard Law School graduate who got rich on legal fees, perhaps Barry could have learned that one does not just halt trials in progress. What a knowledgeable lawyer, our President. Perhaps we should write to the Harvard Law  School and ask that they teach their students about “double jeopardy” or did Barry just want to set the terrorists free?

A judge actually refused to stop a trial because it was none of Barry’s business. We wait with baited breath to see what moveon.org and the Souther Law Center will do to destroy this judge for following the Constitution.

Barry, when you were teaching the Constitution, how on earth did you miss the part about three separate branches of government?

Listen, dear affirmative action president:

There are three branches of government: Judicial, Legislative and Executive. You are only dictator of the Executive Branch. The courts do not work for you. Perhaps you could read a textbook on the Constitutional Law you pretended to teach.

Too late we learn that “Change You Can Believe In” means throwing out the Constitution. Barry thinks there is only one branch of government, and it is Barry and Kumar’s the White Castle.

Hustler publisher Larry Flynt and Girls Gone Wild CEO Joe Francis said Wednesday they will request that Congress allocate $5 billion for a bailout of the adult entertainment industry. Why would we want to bailout mere fantasy images when we can nationalize the fundamental source. We can bailout the supply!

 Our new President wants to spend an amount equal to all the taxes that will be collected in the next hundred years to reward people who cannot comprehend that a mortgage means you are actually supposed to pay for your home, and that your new four bedroom mansion with stainless steel appliances and granite counters is not part of the Section 8 free welfare housing you just moved out of.

Well, we have legalized executive crime. We are already subsidizing other business criminals, such as the auto executives and Wall Street and the ACORN fraudulent mortgages.

We might as well continue the government programs designed by the Democratic Party to destroy marriage and the family by legalizing prostitution.

Low income, and especially no income taxpayers, must be able to check a box on their no tax return saying whether or not they have enough cash for prostitutes, and if they don’t, the government absolutely must send out a voucher good for one free visit to the bordello every week.

Twice a week if you get a doctor’s letter.

Three times a week if the doctor is a specialist.

Maybe we could give them to heterosexual wives. Instead of that “I have a headache” routine, they could just ration out an Obama bordello coupon if hubby is nice about the rejection. This might actually reduce the divorce rate. See, bordellos can improve the quality of life for children who would otherwise suffer from a broken home.

For those of you under age thirty, “broken home” is an “Olde Englishe” term previously used to refer to that horror of horrors, a divorce.

In keeping with Obama’s “spread the wealth around” policy, low income men should qualify for welfare bordello vouchers, maybe as part of Food Stamps.

And we cannot have sexual discrimination. Women must also get bordello vouchers as part of their welfare. Of course, unmarried mothers pose a special dilemma: Obviously they found sex somewhere! But can we pay for them to have more sex and more babies for the working taxpayer to support?

Of course we must! They are people. They have rights, and it is not their fault that they are unwilling to work to pay for their rights. God made them that way. Christians must respect that. Besides, if we donate to feed babies, why shouldn’t the government take money away from us to pay for the act of making babies. It is hateful to use a term such as “screwing around!” to refer to the act of creating future welfare recipients.

And if we don’t pay for this, where will the voters come from to re-elect Obama in 2029 to his fifth term as Messiah?

“Give me your poor, your hungry, and we can show them how to vote twice.” Attributed to Mayor Daley, the expert on voting twice. You know, the man who showed Al Franken how to do a recount using a photocopy machine in a car trunk.

But back to basics:  If we can pay for men to get sex, we must pay for women to get sex.

And in the interest of true equality, we must establish gay bordellos, because once gays can get married, they will probably suffer the same absence of sex that afflicts married straight men. And aas a humantarian, I really want to give them a reason to feel “gay.”

We must  not forget the huge population of unfortunate gay women trapped in marriages to straight men. Psychologists must be able to dispense free Medicaid vouchers to lesbian bordellos for these victims of straight marriages.

Muslims have the right to get bordellos with foot baths and prayer rugs in case the six hour Viagra erection overlaps with prayer times. And the girls would wear facial scarves. Maybe someone could email me about how Burkhas would fit in this government welfare plan?

And if any bordello runs out of cash, we could use tax dollars to bail them out. After all, where could anyone find a man who will not claim he urgently needs more nekkid fems, Ooopps, except in San Francisco?

Then we could give vouchers to doctors, and if someone called in with the erection lasting more than six hours, like the Viagra commercials warn of, then the doctors could prescribe an emergency treatment of six hours in the FEMA run bordello.

Of course, vouchers for the bordello could be part of the Congressional Health Insurance package. This would greatly decrease the scandals in Congress. Such a policy would even have spared the most famous Democrat of all, Hillary Clinton of her husband’s Blue Dress Scandal.

See, sin and crime are entirely determined by perverts demonstrating in the streets and electing “I am not gay” mayors. Oh Oh, is this the ultimate extension of the way Harvard and Nancy Pelosi interpret the separation of Church and state.

The state uses tax dollars to pay for crime and sin, Democratically, whether it be in Detroit, on Wall Street, even in that den of iniquity and sin called Congress.

Church ministers are in violation of the civil rights law and subject to imprisonment if they refer to gays as perverts, or to homosexuality as an abomination.

So, government in the USA advocates and pays for crime, capitalist failures, and sin. To speak out against sin is a civil rights violation.

Oh my God, is this post a civil rights violation? Can I be sent to jail?

Do not put me in jail, please, look; I am advocating legalizing prostitution, including gay prostitution. Isn’t that enough sin to keep me out of jail?
