Obama Petitions Court To Not Produce Birth Certificate Until After Elections

A lawyer named Berg has been suing Obama and the DNC and the Federal Elections Commission claiming that Barry was born in Kenya so cannot be President; that the birth certificate posted on Barry’s website is a forgery; and demanding that Barry produce a “vault” birth certificate properly embossed by the Honolulu City Clerk’s Office.
If Barry really was born in Honolulu, he could get a vault copy for $4.00 and give it to the court and settle the matter forever. Why not spend the $4.00. No, Barry cannot produce a real birth certificate and is filing motions to not produce his birth certificate.

Thanks for posting this article. I posted the video at my blog yesterday at 4:29 PM and also linked it at Real Clear Politics. Some time between 10:30 and 11:00 PM it was SCRUBBED from the RCP website. Concerned citizens MUST keep this video in the public eye.
It is troubling that Obama’s campaign doesn’t care if we find out about his association with ACORN, his support of infanticide or his deep connections with Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers but they go to great lengths to quash any reference to his birth certificate.
Why won’t Obama provide a “vault” copy of this birth certificate? What is being hidden from the American public? Let’s stand guard over liberty together.

Think Granny’s sick in Hawaii? I think not since there is another court date tomorrow there.. Our politicians are not working within the law, they are all crooks and this just might be the “mistake” that allows congress to amend the Constitution so that people who are not natural citizens to become president of the U.S.
They already tried to get Arnold ok’d for the presidency and have already had bills on the floor for this exact situation.
So, if they get him in, then it would be easy to sell the “mistake” and ammend the Constitution!
Remember, they do not play within the laws, the rules of late are to break them and then write new laws to fit what you are doing! Kind of like a dictatorship with elections and a change of the guard every so often so we have the appearance of democracy!

Why don’t you want to accept the certificate offered by the State of Hawaii, which the state certifies to be correct, which states Obama was born in Honolulu?
There are six actions by official agencies which present presumptions that Obama is a citizen. Somebody would need to produce some awfully powerful evidence to overcome these presumptions.

Obama refuses to produce the core original certificate. Why does Obama spend hundreds of thousands on legal fees to avoid spending $10 for the core original certificate?

He produced the legally-required certificate. What more do you want?
If Obama’s spent a nickel on defending himself, it’s because idiots, encouraged by nosey, malintentioned gossips have sued him.
I can sue you for not divulging all of the unsavory secrets of your sex life. If you spend money defending yourslef, that doesn’t mean you led an unsavory sex life. It means you think you don’t have to divulge, and/or it may mean that there was no unsavory sex life to divulge.
These cases keep getting thrown out when judges look at them and see they are frivolous. Forunately for the U.S., Obama keeps plugging away.
Unlike Sarah Palins we know, whose names we won’t divulge.

He supplied a “certificate of Live Birth” which is less than a “Birth Certificate.”
What more do I want?
the long form “Birth Certificate”
Obama’s sisterm Maya Soetoro, who was born in the Phillipines, has the same “Cretificate of Live Birth” from Hawaii.

If you claim it does, I want at least an image rather than a claim that can’t be evidenced. Under Hawaiian law, it would be illegal to give an inaccurate birthplace.

According to Hawaii law, a Certificate of Live Birth is the legal equivalent of the birth certificate, when adorned with the seal of the State of Hawaii which means the state vouches for its accuracy and the details it gives.
Legally, under the U.S. Constitution, that COLB is the document.
But then, I gather you don’t like the Constitution or Bill of Rights much – am I right?
If you won’t accept the legally valid documents under U.S. law, too bad — go find another nation with different requirements, quit clogging up our legal system with your weirdness.

Yeah, I’m just a stupid lawyer who got stuck doing due diligence for years. Under the law, under the Constitution, the COLB is not only equal, it’s better — it’s got the state seal on it.
I read the facts. The facts include the law. The law says the COLB works.
What do we know in the law, eh? We’ve spent 800 years (counting common law in French and English) working on this system of documentation to be certain not to make errors — but you may be right. We should, perhaps, throw over this system in favor of one where anyone can say anything stupid and claim it’s true.
It would make courts a lot busier. More business for lawyers, I suspect.
Certainly, were I to claim you’re from the planet Tralfamador, and therefore unable to hold property in the U.S., so I should get it in trust, such a system could prove very beneficial. Under the “any wild claim goes” rules of people who claim Obama’s not eligible, you could never disprove that allegation, not with all the forged birth certificates you provide to the court. Your mother’s testimony — well, of course she’d lie — she’s your mother.
I read the facts. I weighed them. I checked them against the law. You’re right, the two are not equal. You’re wrong in assuming the one that’s public is not sufficient.

I understand Berg actually produced a different birth certificate in court. He filed it in court, I hear, before he realized that it showed Obama being born in Ontario, Canada.
And then, in court, they noticed the guy who signed the document was Dudley Doright.
